Beginning his career as a professional basketball player, Mr. Janashvili developed the resilience, leadership, and focus that later define his business philosophy.
His connection to confectionery began at age 16 in his grandmother’s candy shop, where he developed an intimate understanding of quality standards and market dynamics that would later shape Donna Mello's approach to international confectionery manufacturing.
Under Mr. Janashvili's leadership, Donna Mello has grown from a modest startup into one of the leading forces in the global confectionery market.
